Important Booking Information

Please note that room rentals are requests only—they are not official bookings until you have spoken directly with Black Dragon staff and payment has been confirmed.

Policies & Agreements

By requesting a rental, you agree to the following terms:

First Come, First Serve: Reservations are scheduled in the order they are received and confirmed.

Black Dragon Events Take Priority: In the event of a scheduling conflict, Black Dragon-hosted events will be given priority.

Operating Hours Only: Rentals must fall within our normal business hours.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will only be issued if the event is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Admission-Based Events: If your event charges admission, you must adhere to any codes and regulations set by the City of Twin Falls.

Appropriateness Clause: Black Dragon reserves the right to deny any request deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with our values.

Décor Approval: All decorations must be reviewed and approved by Black Dragon prior to your event.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the rental room.
