Starting with season 3, the EXIT series is divided into difficulty levels.
Any sealed product may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days with receipt.
All sales of singles are final.
All pre-orders are final.
Any opened product may not be returned.
If you are unable to attend a prepaid event, the entry price will be automatically refunded as store credit.
